These TERMS AND CONDITIONS govern the relationship between CODKEY TECHNOLOGIES LTD (hereinafter referred to as "www.codkey.bg" or "Website" or "Site"), on the one hand, and the Users of web (Internet) sites and services located on the domain www.codkey.bg and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the Site), as well as the relations with them when using the information and commercial services offered by CODKEY TECHNOLOGIES LTD (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
These terms and conditions bind all users. By clicking on any object, link or button located on the websites of www.codkey.bg (except for the link to the present Terms and Conditions), the User agrees, accepts in full and undertakes to abide by the present Terms and Conditions.

The User understands and accepts the fact that the Information Services and the Site are provided "as they are" and that www.codkey.bg assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, erasure, and inability to provide information about the Consumer Services and Products, his/her or other Users' opinions and assessments of service and product, as well as for damages, lost profits and other damages incurred after, as a result of or due to the use of (or inability to use due to technical problems, prophylaxis, controller’s solutions, etc.) the Site. In the event that, the use of this Site or any material from it results in damages for which repair or correction of equipment or information is required, the User assumes all responsibility and all costs associated with the removal of damages.

2. User Registration Obligations

9. Purchase of goods and/or services presented in www.codkey.bg
After registering on the Website, the User has the right to order goods and services presented by www.codkey.bg. When making the order, the user has the right to choose the goods and their quantity, the method of delivery and the delivery times according to the options offered on the Website.
At any time before the order is completed, the user has the right to change the chosen goods and services.
When placing an order on the Website, the user enters into contractual relations with www.codkey.bg, concerning the specific purchase and covered by the present General Terms and Conditions, the order is deemed to have been made:
for users who shop for the first time - when confirming the order made following the instructions on the Website;
for users who shop more than once - when placing an order;
www.codkey.bg has the right to change prices at its own discretion at any time without due notice to the Users. The user is required to pay the price that was stated on the website during the order, whether lower or higher than the current one. In case of technical errors when publishing on the website, www.codkey.bg has the right to refuse to execute the order and shall not owe any compensation in any way to the User except to reimburse the amounts paid and/or deposited by the user, if any.
The announcement of price reduction is made by placing the new price next to the old one that has been crossed out. If no period for the reduced price is specified, this price is valid until the quantities are exhausted, but not more than 1 month or 6 months, when it is under the terms of Art. 66, par. 2, of the CPA.
10. Promotions and discounts
www.codkey.bg organizes promotional campaigns for the products and services offered, valid for the time periods specified in each campaign. If not specified, the validity of the campaigns and promo codes is 30 calendar days from the moment they are announced.
The product included in a particular promotional campaign may be limited in time, brand, category, weight, price, etc.
Each product can participate in one or more promotional campaigns.
When during the placement of an order the product meets the requirements of more than one promotional campaigns, only the campaign with the highest user benefit is valid.
When there is a difference between automatically generated discounts/gifts/bonuses and those advertised in the promotional campaign, the latter shall be valid.
In case of suspected misuse of conditions of promotional campaigns, promo codes or vouchers www.codkey.bg reserves the right to refuse to the users the performance of the service.
When using promo codes and vouchers in multiple-delivery orders, they are only valid for the delivery that meets the promo code or voucher terms.
11. Delivery of purchased goods
The delivery of the ordered goods shall be made in the way chosen by the User and according to the specified terms. www.codkey.bg reserves the right to extend the above mentioned terms by up to 7 days without informing the User in advance and to extend the deadlines for more than 7 days with the prior approval of the User.
www.codkey.bg reserves the right to change the subcontractor making the delivery without warning the User in advance, as long as this does not change the delivery method.
12. Payment of purchased goods and services
In case of payment in cash of the ordered goods and services, the User undertakes to deposit, at the moment of delivery, to www.codkey.bg, or its representative performing the delivery, the full price of the delivered order. In the event that within one week from the date of delivery the User rejects partially or totally the purchased goods, www.codkey.bg undertakes to reimburse the partially or totally deposited amount. In the event that the user does not reject the purchased goods or services, www.codkey.bg automatically accepts the deposit made, such as the payment of the ordered goods or services.
When making a bank payment, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the order placed in the bank account of www.codkey.bg and only after the deposit is confirmed the ordered goods and services are delivered. In the event that within one week from the date of delivery the User rejects partially or totally the purchased goods, www.codkey.bg undertakes to reimburse the partially or totally deposited amount. If the user does not reject the purchased goods or services, www.codkey.bg automatically accepts the deposit made as payment of the goods or services ordered.
In the case of goods whose order requires the making of a guarantee deposit, the order shall be executed only after the user has made a deposit to the amount indicated upon the order. By making this deposit the User declares that it wishes the chosen goods and will deposit the difference between the full price and the deposit made, upon its receipt. In case the user refuses to accept the goods or takes advantage of their right to refuse them within one week after accepting them, www.codkey.bg undertakes to refund only the second deposit by accepting the original guarantee deposit as a penalty by the User.
13. Rejection of purchased goods
The user has the right to reject one or more of the goods ordered within 14 days of receipt of the order in the case that the goods are as supplied, if packed - the package is not opened (the package of the shipment may be opened) and the integrity of any seals and labels aimed at establishing the unpacking or use of the good is not impaired.
In the event of defective goods found up to 24 hours from their receipt and in case of undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and packaging, www.codkey.bg undertakes to replace them with new according to the guarantee conditions of the respective company manufacturer or to refund the amount deposited for the product according to Article 55 of the CPA , as from the date on which the user exercised its right of rejection. After this period or in case of damage of the commercial appearance or the packaging of the goods, the repairs of the goods shall be taken over by the repair shops indicated in the warranty card.
The transport and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of www.codkey.bg. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the main features specified on the page, www.codkey.bg restores the amount deposited for the goods by the user, including the transport costs accrued for the acquisition of the goods according to Art. 59, par. 3 of the CPA and within 14 days of receipt of the goods and undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and the packaging.

14. Warranty Service
With each order of goods subject to warranty service, www.codkey.bg issues an appropriate warranty card with the data of the goods and the warranty terms.
Warranty loses validity:
in the case of a lost warranty card;
when attempting repair from a repair shop non authorized by www.codkey.bg;
in the case of damages caused by improper operation;
in the case of a violation of the physical integrity of the item;
in the case of chemical, electrical or other effects unrelated to the normal operation of the product;
The warranty does not cover components of the product with a limited expiry date (batteries, consumables, etc.). The warranty service is provided by the authorized repair shops of the manufacturers of the warranty products, provided that the product is fully documented and packaged.
The materials and services on this Website are limited to the terms and conditions set forth therein, without providing any warranties, including trade and target. The obligations of www.codkey.bg with respect to the products and services offered on this website are governed by the respective agreements with the importers and/or distributors of the products presented and nothing in this Website can change them.
Besides the commercial warranty, a legal warranty of conformity of the goods under the CPA is also applicable.
